Toyota is recalling approximately 95,000 Tundra pickup trucks from the 2024 and 2025 model years after discovering a manufacturing defect in the high-pressure fuel pump that could cause engine stalling.

The defect involves an improperly machined fuel pump impeller that may degrade over time, leading to reduced fuel delivery and potential engine shutdown while driving. Toyota has received 47 complaints but no reports of accidents or injuries.

Dealers will replace the fuel pump assembly free of charge. Owners can continue driving their vehicles but should schedule service promptly if they experience hesitation or rough idle symptoms.
